Chop the lettuce, carrot, egg, ham and cheese. Inside the cake form put a membrane and then lay the layer-layer materials. Be careful to create a nice color combination. First we put the material we want to be on top of our salad. Cover the mold with a dish and turn over (as with cakes). we can garnish with olive oil. Good Luck!
